By sending their trade-in handset to MPX, the Customer agrees that they have read and understood the following:
PAYMENT- Payments will be made to the same name and address registered when the quotation was agreed.
-

- The price quoted is valid for fourteen days from the date of the accompanying letter.
- BACs and PayPal payments will be made 72 hours after receipt of the phone.
- Cheque payments will be made 7 days after receipt of the phone.
STOLEN PHONES-

current CheckMEND recommended best practise.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS - Handsets and accessories must be sent in the returns envelope provided which has a tracking reference which is unique to the customer, and must arrive within fourteen days of the date of the accompanying letter.
- The customer must arrange his own carriage insurance. MPX can not accept any liability for phones lost or stolen in transit. MPX advises the customer to use Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (or equivalent).

RETURNS
-
It will not be possible for the Customer to obtain any data, other content on
the handset, or memory card once returned as all data is removed in the
inspection process.
-
If after the inspection process MPX and the customer are unable to agree a
revised amount for the phone the customer can request, within 3 working days of
the revised offer from MPX, to have the phone sent back on payment of £10 to
cover postage, packing and insurance.
